On September 1st we joined more than 2,000 venues, homes, businesses, and other famous structures across North America by glowing red in support of thousands of entertainment workers who have been affected by the pandemic. The goal of is to urge Congress to vote for the RESTART Act in order to push for an extension and expansion of PUA benefits for 1099 and freelance workers, and an extension of the $600 FPUC as part of a comprehensive pandemic relief package. We hope that this event got the attention of legislators and the need for financial support so we can get back to work.
